Repos4resale has just received a Air Graphic Whizard FoldMaster 250 commercial grade Paper Folder. It’s also a Perforator, Slitter, Scorer, Creaser! Sheet size is 18″ x 25.5″ long, comes with stand complete compressor system.
Perforate, score and slit at the entrance of the machine not on an exit shaft. Blades change in seconds without removing any shafts or the blade mount hub. Anvil-style perf provides a burr-free, flat finish. Individually adjust the depth of each perf/score/slit independently. Included with the machine are four #10-099 Scoring Blades (1 on machine and 3 extra) and two #10-095 12 TPI perforator blades (1 on machine and 1 extra). The perforator bades are also available from suppliers with 2,4,6,8 and 12 teeth per inch (TPI) as well as 42 or 72 TPI Microperf blades. The blades can be easily interchanged using ring pliers (not included).
The feeding system: the friction fed model uses a top feeding system that virtually eliminates scuffing and allows for the machine to be loaded while running. For delicate or glossy stocks where scuffing must be avoided, the horizontal air fed machine is recommended.
